Holding certifications as a CPT, PPSC, and a certified strength and conditioning coach, coupled with my experience as a competitive powerlifter, I specialize in guiding clients through progressive basic movement patterns, fostering both physical and mental transformations.
Being a single mother to a 9-year-old son, I intimately understand the journey to overcoming challenges. Having once battled excess weight and depression, I discovered the power of lifting to transform my body and mindset. Witnessing similar transformations in my clients is my greatest satisfaction; I'm committed to helping each person become their best self.
My mission is clear—to get a barbell in everyone's hands, unveiling their true strength potential and optimizing their overall well-being.

My commitment extends beyond just strength; I design well-rounded programs which include unilateral exercises, core movements, multi-plane motion exercises, and conditioning. As your coach, I aim to demystify programming, providing clear explanations of each element and its purpose.
