    • Due to the nature of our personalized coaching services, we do not offer refunds for monthly coaching subscriptions once payment is processed.

  2. Subscription Cancellation

    • For group programming, you can cancel your subscription through the TrainHeroic app or on our website—wherever you signed up.

    • For 1:1 coaching, you can contact me directly in the TrainHeroic app.

  3. Pause or Adjustments

    • If you encounter unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical issues), please contact us to discuss possible adjustments, such as pausing your subscription.

  4. Trial Period (Optional)

    • If applicable, trial period terms will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Get Strong! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our coaching services. By subscribing to our coaching program, you agree to these Terms.

  • Services are delivered on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • All payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of your subscription will stop future charges but does not grant refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • For group programming, clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the TrainHeroic app or on our website—wherever they signed up.

  • For 1:1 coaching, clients must contact me directly in the TrainHeroic app.

  • Get Strong reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to:

    • Provide accurate information regarding fitness goals, health, and injuries.

    • Communicate openly and promptly.

    • Follow training guidance safely and responsibly.

7. Assumption of Risk

  • Strength training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical training. Get Strong is not liable for injuries or health complications that may arise.

  • All training plans, materials, and content provided by Get Strong are the intellectual property of Get Strong. They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Strong is not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
