Our coach, Hailey Barragan, brings a wealth of expertise as a certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning coach, PPSC, and competetive powerlifter, offering top-notch coaching and programming. Dr. Katie Dabrowski, a Physical Therapist and CSCS, will also be present in the Facebook group to provide valuable insights and support on all things related to physical therapy.

What’s Included:

Monthly programming

Programming includes 5 sessions per week. 2 lower body, 2 upper body, and a full body. I include optional conditioning! If you have limited time and can only commit to three to four days, there is a resource available in the Facebook group that offers guidance on modifying the sessions to suit your schedule. Every four weeks, new programming will be made available through the Train Heroic app.

Private facebook group

Once you join, you will get an email with a link to our exclusive Facebook group. In the group, you can ask any questions you have, leave comments or express any concerns. I will also perform form checks during my working hours. You will also receive physical therapy support from Dr. Katie Dabrowski in the group.

Support from a DPT

In the facebook group, Dr. Katie Dabrowski, PT, DPT, CSCS will provide DPT support and some fixes to common issues that people face when lifting!

At GET STRONG, our programming focuses heavily on building your strength for the compound exercises: squat, deadlift, and bench press. In addition to that, we include a mix of exercises that will help you increase your strength, muscle size, and endurance. Our goal is to help you become a well-balanced athlete.
